ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situated and lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and containing 5.2910 acres, more or less as the same and as more particularly shown and described according to a plat of survey entitled “J.E. Keysers Heirs Property" prepared by John Baumgardner, PC dated February 26, 2001 which plat of survey is attached to instrument recorded as Instrument Number 02-884 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. AND BEING the residue of the property conveyed to J E. Keyser by deed of exchange from M. E. Keyser and E. M Eastham and Fannie P. Eastham, his wife, dated June 24, 1920 and recorded in Deed Book 30, Page 93 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
