• The Board agreed to a January 2003 deadline for discussions on a plan for disposal of the Scrabble School. Mr. McCarthy noted that he again spoke to Franklin Warner, who had expressed interest in the building and had been given opportunities to present a proposal to the Board for its use, but that Mr. Warner still has not prepared anything for the Board’s consideration.
