Photo courtesy of Hazel Zirn-Day The Rappahannock County 4-H Honor Club was very busy for their first meeting of the year. The club nominated and voted on inviting new members to join the club. 4-H experience and age are the qualifications to be invited to join this club. The club also planned the Oct. 12 Centennial Celebration of 4-H at the Rappahannock Park from 4-6 p.m. Members will be offering face painting and making balloons animals. Officers for the club were elected. Pictured from left to right, front row, Devin Day, Allison Antony, Lauren Kaye and Andy Propst.
