regarding the unanimous passage by both the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors of the commercial development project relocating Rappahannock National Bank onto U.S. 211. As a customer of the bank, reader of the paper, and voting citizen it seems like very little information was offered. Did anyone want the public involved in the public hearing process?
