builder
New home buyers have different opinions on the choices they are offered.
Taylor said some people decide they can do better than what the builder is offering so they have the builder put in the cheapest option and replace it after they move in. Others wait to replace things until it is needed.
“Builders will do it in the least expensive way,” Taylor said, which means it is necessary for some people to remodel after a few years.
