with Orange
Vinaigrette
Serves 2-4
4 cups mixed salad greens ^ 1 cup garden cress, water cress or arugula
1 small ripe melon (any variety, cleaned and cut into slices)
8 fresh figs (stems removed and quartered)
2 ounces fresh chevre i mild fresh goat cheese)
Arrange greens on plates. Top with slices of melon, figs and crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with Orange Vinaigrette.
