Miss Samantha Lynn Sisk and Matthew Lee Hoffman were united in marriage on Saturday, Nov. 24 at New Salem Baptist Church in Culpeper.
The 2 p.m. double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Sandy Martin, uncle of the groom. Mark Hicks read scriptures from the bible. Music was performed by Mrs. Patricia Toulotte and soloist was Mrs. Patricia Ballard.
The bride is the daughter of Monica S. Sisk of Boston and Lester S. Sisk of Sperryville.
The groom is the son of Loyce L. Hoffman of Reva and the late Barbara J. Hoffman.
Given in marriage by herparents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an empire style gown with a Cathedral length train and a fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of white and red roses.
The matron of honor was Mrs. Anna Rhodes of Woodville, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Miss Ashley Weakley of Sperryville, friend of the bride and Miss Kristen Hicks of Madison, niece of the groom.
The matron of honor wore a burgundy sleeveless empire dress and the bridesmaids wore hunter green sleeveless empire dresses.
All the attendants carried a bouquet of white and red roses.
Flower girls were Alexandria Craig of Boston, niece of the bride and Jessica Wimer of Sperryville, niece of the bride. They wore hunter green dresses and carried parasols.
The best man was Robbie Riley of Culpeper, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Jonathan Hicks of Madison, nephew of the groom and Larry Walker of Sperryville, cousin of the bride.
