This year’s Spring Nature Camp will start with a weekend workshop, “Tree Care and the Art of Pruning,” March 22-24 at Sperryville. A Friday evening lecture at Hearthstone School will be followed by hands-on orchard pruning Saturday and Sunday. There is a fee of $40 and preregistration is required. ‘The Essence of Plants and Animals,” an evening lecture at 8 p.m. on March 29 at Ki Theatre, will consider the whole plant and animal from an anthroposophical or spiritual-scientific viewpoint. This is a free lecture; optional donations to Rappahannock Nature Camp will be gratefully accepted.
