Stonewall-Hawthorne District Commissioner Tom Tepper agreed.
“I don’t think a zoning code should be so tight that you can’t listen to the citizens and do the right thing,” he said.
The proposed amendments will go before the Board of Supervisors at their next meeting on May 7.
