She .married Eugene Tucker, of Arlington, Virginia in 1940, and they made their home in the Washington, D.C. area until 19/8, when they moved to their beloved mountain home near Washington, Virginia. Margaret held a variety of positions including medical secretary, office manager, seamstress, and bookkeeper while rearing her four chilaren in Arlington. In addition the Tuckers foster parented many children in their home She had been involved with numerous activities at St. Michaels Episcopal Church, in Arlington.
