State Trooper P.A. Thomas arrested a juvenile male from Warrenton, Va. for Reckless Driving/Exceeding the Maximum Safe Speed on Friday, April 20, after he wrecked his 2007 Harley Davidson. The motorcycle sustained $7500 worth of damage in the single vehicle accident which occurred on Highway 211.
