grounds on Saturday April 28th, beginning with a yard sale and breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Lunch beginning at 11 a.m. Frank Riley and some of his blue grass friends will be providing music starting at 1:00 p m. and The Traveling Pilgrims will provide music starting at 6 p.m. There will be lots of activities for the children as well. Bring a lawn chair and blanket and come enjoy a day of fun and fellowship. All donations will benefit the American Cancer Relay for Life event of May 19th and 20th at the Rappahannock County Elementary School. April 28-29: MESSIAH Concerts
The Front Royal Oratorio Society will present Handel’s MESSIAH on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday April 29 at 7:30 p.m. The performances, conducted by George T. Amos and accompanied by Judy B. Connelly, will be the complete oratorio with chorus, soloists, and instrumentalists. No tickets are required. Saturday’s performance is at the Front Royal Presbyterian Church in Front Royal, and Sunday’s concert is at Braddock Street United Methodist Church in Winchester.
