Rappahannock pounced in the sixth inning, reeling off all four runs it scored in the game.
Heflin led off the inning with a single and Morgan Stephens followed with another single. With one out, Megan Lee laid down a bunt to Strasburg’s third baseman, who overthrew second base, allowing both Heflin and Stephens to make it home and tie the game 2-2.
Emily Carter came up next and cracked a single to send Lee home for the go-ahead run.
