Sheriff Larry Sherertz of the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office said that there were no incidents between the press and law enforcement officials during the Hilscher memorial service held at the Rappahannock High School last Saturday.
Sherertz added that members of the press were allowed on the school grounds but were sternly warned not to be disruptive. “Everything went very smooth,” he said, “there were no incidents and it went the way I wanted it to.”
