late James Morton Duncan and Mary Virginia Cornwall Duncan.
Mrs. Smith was Commissioner of the Revenue of Rappahannock County. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She is survived by her children, Virginia Lee Smith Dillard of Washington, VA, and Mollie Smith Snead and her husband, Rayner of Lynchburg, VA, eight grandchildren, and eight great -grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Lee Smith, one grandchild, Lewis Duncan Snead, one sister, and four brothers.
A funeral service was held on . Monday, April 23, at Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. Jennings Hobson officiating.
