Charlie Tompkins had sent an e-mail to him regarding the continuing Fourth of July, festival problem areas: one is. an acceptable location for storage of the fireworks, and the second is the need for training and licensing of those who set off the fireworks. • As a result of a preliminary site inspection, the Town received a budget estimate of $266,000 for the design and construction of a> new reservoir and pumfK house. ‘
