4-Her's do well in
the Farm Fair

Rappahannock News Writer *, The 2000 Farm Fair carcass awards picnic was held at the Madison Young Farmers prounds on Aug. 17. • Several youth that showed livestock at the 2000 Farm Fair attended the awards picnic. Rappahannock brought home two trophies and several ribbons this year.
In the hog division, Samantha Falls won the Average Daily Gain Award find David Massie won the Top Swine Carcass.
Adam Rhein, Austin Rhein, and Caroline Massie also received ribbons. I In the Sheep division, Kara Porbin, Katie Updike, Brittany Thorpe, David Miller, and Ella Miller all received ribbons.
In the Beef division, David Massie won the top Beef Parcass and Katie Updike received a ribbon. • Every 4-Her that showed this year received ribbons and a premium.
