In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $70,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 7.625% ARM from Thomas C. Klatko and Paula M. Klatko dated October 0, 1992 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit of the County of Rappahannock Virginia, in Deed Book 194, at page 329, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on October 5, 2000 at 1:30 o’clock p.m. the property described in said deed, and briefly described as:

Beginning at an iron pipe driven beside a corner fence post at the northeast comer of a lot belonging to Claude Bright and running with the old fence line and with lots belonging to Claude Bright in part, Roy Jenkina in part and Virginia Lewis in part, S. 49° 15’ E. 247.3 feet to a comer fence post (marked by an iron pipe), thence with Clifford Miller’s land and the fence, N. 41° 00' E. 79.3 feet to another comer fence post, (marked by an iron pipe), thence with Nellie Atkins' lot and running through the majority of the old fence posts N. 46° 50’ W. 241.1 feet to an iron pipe, thence along the southeast side of a 12' wide land, S. 45° 20 W. 81.2 feet to the beginning and containing 19,568 square feet, or O. 45 acre, more or leas, with improvements thereon.
