The resignation last week of John Capelle, executive director of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commission, makes it imperative that the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors and the county’s Water and Sewer Authority sit down at a table to work out answers to questions on Sperrvville’s proposed sewer project.
