in August scnool superintendent Hubert Estabrook pledger! a series of meeting on a continuing basis to hear comments from concerned citizens on “A Nation at Risk", the report submitted by the national commission on educational excellence.
Estabrook then asked the school board at its August meeting to re-activate the superintendent’s advisory committee. The group will compile local comments and recommendations for review by the school board, probably at its November session. ■
