For many, Sunday brunch is the only time to go out to eat. At the more popular places, reservations are an absolute necessity, and lines form well before the opening hour. A perfect example of the sort of brunch that develops a coterie of regulars is the one served at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware.
