“Again, with dispatchers, the number of people authorized is governed by the State Compensation Board. To operate the jail and the dispatch center at top efficiency will take one jailer and one dispatcher per shift but I foresee the operation being handled by one combination jailer/dispatcher on each shift. Like the sheriffs department, I will operate the jail and dispatch center as efficiently as possible with the number of personnel alloted.
