Mr. Moore was a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the Georgetown University Law School. He had practiced law in Arlington, Fairfax and Fauquier, and maintained a law office in Amissville, where he owned the Amissville Trailer Court^He also had real estate interests in the Northern Virginia area.
