Mr. and Mrs. Earl Aylor were in Harrisonburg last Saturday to visit Mrs. Jean Preston, who is recuperating from major surgery. Mrs. Preston is remembered here as a former teacher at the Salem Elementary School and Mr. Aylor remembers so vividly her influence on his life especially when she taught him in 1944, when he was a student at Salem.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier, Michele and Michael were luncheon guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Meade at Culpeper, whose other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Jenkins of Brandy and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Meade of Culpeper.
Paul Butler was a Saturday guest of his uncle, J. Stant Weaver in Washington.
