The Skinkers offer a variety of "deli-style sandwiches" at the Sandwich Seller, like bacon, lettuce and tomato, ham, corned beef, patrami, shrimp salad and turkey breast.

They also serve breakfast until 10:30 a.m. during the week and all day Saturday. Aside from that and sandwiches, they serve soups, chili, and have a salad bar.

"Basically, it's a pretty simple menu," Skinker says.

The restaurant's hours now are 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., but when the Skinkers get their beer license (expected around the first of October) the hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., according to Skinker.

The restaurant offers a daily lunch special ("We try to make it something different or unusual," says Skinker) and seats 48 people.

Prices range between $1.60 for egg salad and $2.75 for a club sandwich, with the average sandwich running about $2.25, Skinker says.
