The economic problems of the past also have left an imprint on people's demands, Plamondon adds, causing “a focus on quality" and a benefit to those restaurants which have the quality service and product.
That is also the case with Hardee's, Wright says, noting that the chain in the last three years has had the largest average volume increase per unit of any restaurant chain in the country.
