An improved sheriff s department that is further educated and developed to meet the new demands we must shoulder with a new jail, new responsibilities for handling dispatch calls and new programs of education and growth that need to be instituted into the law enforcement program for Rappahannock. I see the key issues as a new structure for the sheriffs department which will serve the needs of the community.”
