Mr. Moore was born Nov. 19, 1922, in Atlanta, Ga.
He is survived by his wife Marjorie W. Moore, Amissville, his mother Bertha M. Moore, Rurcellville, a brother Wilburn Moore, Bethesda, Md., two sisters, Merle Filipowski, Cary, N.C., and Christina Davis, Leesburg and nine nieces and nephews.
He also leaves five step-children, Scott and Sally Freeman, Amissville, Kim Hall, Great Falls, Craig and Mark Hall, Sterling.
