Subdivision Request
“I haven’t seen or heard from Mr. Foster,” reported zoning administrator David Konick, referring to the applicant for a zoning exception to allow a six acre lot to be subdivided from the Flint Hill quarry tract. “I discussed meeting with him to find out how much land Mr. (W.A.) Gentry (owner of the property) still will have in that tract (if the subdivision is approved). . . Then Mr. Gentry called and said he does have 130 acres there,” he said. The property has only a narrow strip, 40 feet wide, that runs out to Route 647, according to Konick. “That’s the only part of the 123 acres with road frontage.”
