When Oliver and Ginger Skinker decided to open a business they went to Warrenton and "did an analysis of what was needed in the downtown area and this is what we came up with."
Their business, The Sandwich Seller on Culpeper Street, is now in its eighth month of operation and has, Skinker says, “become a kind of community type thing, which kind of surprised us."
