“Where you see the economic trend in this business...is in the profit, not in sales," Wright says.
“You have to strike a balance between profit and keeping the numbers coming in the door," he explains, “and sometimes you eat some profit in order to keep the customers happy."
Wright says that is important because people are looking for quality and at "cost-value relationship."
