Honeybee seminar
A Beginners Honeybee seminar will be held on Saturday, February 22 at 2:00 p.m. at the Culpeper Extension Office, 101 S. West Street, Culpeper, across from the Courthouse.

Anniversary celebration
The 26th district council Order of the Eastern Star’s P.H.A. will celebrate their 18th anniversary at the Quality Inn in Front Royal on March 22 at noon. Guest speaker will be past master, Robert G. Davis of Clifton Forge. Admission is $15. Rachael Aylor is chairperson.
Black History Month program
The Women’s Auxiliary of the Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Association will hold their annual Black History program on February 23 at 3 p.m. at the Orange County High School in Orange. Donations are $3 for adults and $1 for children. Tickets may be purchased from Rachael Aylor, 987-8739, or any other missionary lady from Hopewell. Historical Society to meet
The Rappahannock Historical Society will meet on Friday, March 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse. All members and interested persons are urged to attend.
Inn workshop
The Conyers House in Slate Mills is holding a workshop for innkeepers and those who are considering the possibility of having an inn. The workshop will explore many facets of running an inn including marketing, regulations, daily operations, house specialties and finances.
The $25 cost includes a complimentary lunch. The workshop will be held on Thursday, February 27, Sunday, March 9, and Saturday, March 22.
