Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given , that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia and the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, March 3, 1986 at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the adoption of an ordinance setting forth rules and regulations for the use of the Sperryville Sewer System owned and maintained and operated by the Authority upon Owners of improved property which are connected to and/or served by such sewer system; regulating the discharge of sanitary sewage and industrial wastes into such sewer system; and adopting certain rules and regulations and providing for the adoption of additional rules and regulations. Copies of the foregoing rules and regulations are available at the Rappahannock County Clerk's Office and the Sperryville Post Office and are available for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m.
