Though a connoisseur by no means, I was suitably impressed with a ‘97 Chardonnay, a ‘98 Chardonnay Reserve, a ‘98 Cabernet, and a ‘98 Sauvignon Blanc. I was especially enamoured of the award winning Sauvignon Blanc (though not at all swayed by the Bronze Medal about its neck), and threw caution to the wind and drank instead of tasted.
