Hudson; deceased, hereby invites you to submit a bid for the house and approximately 0.93 acres owned by the late Herndon C. Hudson of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia. The property consists of the following described real estate together with all buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected. The property is situated on the northeast side of Route 626 about one mile southeast of the Town of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and is more particularly described according to a plat of Curry T Guinn, Jr., dated August 22, 1968, and recorded in Deed Book 92, Page 548, as follows, to-wit: “Beginning at “A", on the plat, a point in the middle of Route 626 (point "A", being about about 16 ft. S 43° W from an iron pipe) and running with land retained by D. D. Hudson, N 43° E 245 ft. to “B”, a stake; thence, still with land retained by D.D. Hudson, S 29 1/5° E 178 ft. to “C”, a corner fence post at the northwest corner of property owned by Allie and Shirley Huff; thence, with the Huff fence line. S 22 1/5° W 165 ft. to “D”, a point in the middle of Route 626; thence, along the middle of said road, N 59 1/5° W 150 ft., N 48 1/5° W 82 ft. to the beginning and containing Ninety-three hundreds (0.93) of an Acre.
