The telecommunications ordinance took a step toward becoming reality at the September meeting of the Rappahannock County Planning Commission. But it did not happen without considerable public discussion.
County Attorney Peter Luke opened discussion of the ordinance by giving everyone in attendance a brief summary of the ordinance and what the county is trying to accomplish.
