A) To say taxes are too high is relative to the individual and the basis used to make the comparison. We can all agree, however, that to look forward to tax increases every year, year after year, is not what we want. We need to utilize dollars in the most cost effective and efficient manner without jeopardizing the quality or levels of service that we provide or receive. B) Our local fire and rescue volunteers are providing invaluable services to our community. I support the fire and rescue tax. I believe our volunteers are doing an excellent job, but would like to know more of the details about present service and plans for the future.
