I am committed to a safe, healthy and happy environment for our students and staff so that all children in Rappahannock have access to the best quality education within the limits of our financial resources. We must work together in all areas of the community and the Sheriff’s Office to attain this goal. We must do our best to keep them. While we are doing well academically now, we must work to obtain a strong vocational training program and train our children to live in today’s world. B) I agree we have an exorbitant budget. However, with state mandates we, all want the best for our children, expanding and maintaining facilities to meet these demands, can expect no less. Therefore, our priority as a unified community must be to find ways to generate revenue so tha taxes will not continue escalating.
