It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that the birth mother is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and that her last known address is in the State of Maryland, it is therefore ORDERED that the birth mother, Jennifer K. Barron, appear before this Court on or before the 8th day of November, 1999, and do what is necessary to protect her interest in this matter.
