The terms of sale will be cash with a 10% deposit within five days after the date of acceptance of the bid, with settlement of sale within thirty days after acceptance of bid. Upon request, which should be in writing and coupled with your bid, settlement of sale may, in the sole discretion of the Executor, be set for a later date so as to allow the purchaser time to obtain appropriate financing. The sale will be subject to all valid and existing conditions, easements, rights of way, roadways, reservations, graveyards, and restrictions, if any, heretofore imposed upon said property by prescription, recorded deed or plat an which may be disclosed by an inspection of the premises or which may by binding thereon. The property will be sold “as is”.
The highest and best offer received for the property will be subject to the approval of the Executor.
