In addition to academics, students need Jo develop problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate clearly and the ability to work with others in a cooperative manner. We need to be preparing our high sohool graduates to enter post-secondary school, vocational training programs or colleges. B) I do not think that the entire school budget is “out of control” because our supervisors, school board and community are vigilant and anxious to provide education as economically as possible. The concerns that I have expressed to me in the Hampton District are concerns about the increasing number of administrative support personnel relative to the fairly constant number of students in our small system. I would be interested in a comparison of local neighbor counties staffing patterns.
