Morven Park houses the Museum of Hounds and Hunting (established in 1985,) the Winmill carriage collection (donated by Davis friend Mrs. Robert C. Winmill in 1968,) the Marion duPont Scott Equine Medical Center; the U.S. Combined Training Association (moved from Massacusetts in 1997) is located right next door.
The steeplechase course is somewhat of a latecomer to the park: it was completed in 1980 and remains today one of the few fully-irrigated steeplechase tracks in America.
