Mrs. John S. Board, chairman of the Bicentennial Constitution committee, reported that four units of Study of the Constitution have been ordered which will be placed in Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock and Wakefield high schools. Money for three of these was donated by individual chapter members.
The revised by-laws which state that yearly dues will be raised to $25 and the election of officers will be in January of the election year were passed by the chapter.
