Add to the excellence of such a mixture a personality that is absolutely honest and direct, that refuses to be intolerant even in the face of oftentimes intolerant peers, that remains humble and unassuming even when receiving highest laurels, and the result is a young man who is admired, respected, and most importantly liked by all who know him. What I admire most in T. J. is his consistent self-discipline. Realizing how important such a quality is has enabled him to perform at his highest levels without creating undue stress and without giving up extra-curricular activities.”
