The Amissville United Methodist Church will hold their annual Vacation Bible School, June 23-27, from 9:30-noon. The theme this year is “Jesus I Love You.” Everyone is welcome to come and study this great Gospel of Love.

Mrs. Carol Ann Whitmore of Statesville, N.C. recently visited her mother, Mrs. Ralph Rowzie. While visiting, Mrs. Whitmore and Mrs Rowzie visited Mrs. Linda Hann at Cantonsville, Md.
First Bluemont
concert set
The Bluemont Concert Series will present the Tompkins County Horseflies on June 21 at 7:30 p.m. as the first concert in the 1986 Saturday evening series at the Warren Green Building in Warrenton. A donation of $1 per person is requested.
The Tompkins County Horseflies, a new wave, old time country band from Ithaca, New York, will be playing lively, traditional music from that musical region where the Blue Ridge Mountains meet the Caribbean.
