If the doctors had been able to do something for him they had a viable patient to work on. The training, the immediate action, the knowledge that it took these men to do that should have been included in the lengthy article. Also the names of these people who played such a crucial role should have been named and not grouped together as medics.
So it is in conclusion, I say thank you again to Roger Roach, captain of the group, Steve Critzer, Bobby Jenkins and Margaret Smoot Alther. I certainly rest easier knowing this kind of service is available and would like to hear the positive side of their work and that of other rescue squads around the county, more often in the news.
