The other part of the book is the Career Organizations section listing national organizations that can supply information on where to study in specific fields of interest, which courses are valuable, and job prospects in that field.
The Scholarship Book will be of most value to the college-bound student but is also worth reading by
anyone who wishes to pursue an education or career after high school. It can be borrowed from the Rappahannock County Library on Gay Street.

Mr. and Mrs. William Carrigan invite any interested church choirs or other groups to participate in a special musical program with sacred and patriotic selections on the evening of July 4.
Dr. Merlin W. Shorb will direct the evening concert, set for one hour before the fireworks presentation at the lake at Avon Hall.
