The Lady Panthers returned home Wednesday night to entertain the Rams of Strasburg. Again, dismal shooting from the field and little offensive rebounding lead to the final score of 55-21. The Panthers seemed to open up the game with raised enthusiasm yet a 15-6 Strasburg first quarter lead caused them to relinquish their high hopes. Cari KerV scored 9 points to go with 8 rebounds while Angie Atkins added 5 points of her own.
The Junior varsity Panthers played well Wednesday night but folded in the second half when point guard Sonya Wiggington left due to an ankle injury. Without their primary ball handler and scorer, the Rams dominated the final two minutes of the third and all of the fourth quarter. The final score read 41-16.
