The WCDS Owls cross country team finished their season Saturday at ■ the Delaney Athletic Championships .at Seton at James Long Park. I The WCDS girls team captured I the first place title behind the leader’ ship of all-conference selections bridget and Kristin Hickson. Elizabeth Hickson, Erin Nilan and Theresa Ruth also contributed solid performances to the victory. This marks the second straight year that the WCDS girls have captured both the regular season and championship titles.
The WCDS boys’ team placed fifth at the championships. This follows a fourth place regular season finish at the DAC. Peter Hickson led the WCDS squad finishing in 9th place out of the field of 38 runners. Sanjeev Ranade, Charles and Leonard Cowhers, and Hong Joon Chun added
