Coach Fred chandler was very pleased with how the 1995 season sent. “Our runners showed great improvement throughout the season. It was amazing to see how they sustained their motivation and discipline to end this year with a great Showing at the championships,” he said.
Earlier in the week the boys’ team placed third in a four-way meet at Randolph Macon Academy.
Meanwhile the girls’ volleyball team suffered two losses to Randolph Macon Academy in a non-conference match and to Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy in a conference game. The team has a three win two loss record in conference play, 6 and 5 overall.
